SANITATION DEPARTMENT

The Sanitation Department operates trash routes Monday through Friday to remove solid waste from within the City of De Queen. Residential routes are run on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Three sizes of dumpsters are available for commercial customers. Kevin Frachiseur is the supervisor for both Sanitation and Street Departments. 

 

City-wide clean-up campaigns are conducted each spring and fall. To schedule a free pickup of large waste items during city clean-up campaigns, please contact City Hall at 870-584-3445. The department has a grapple truck to remove brush inside the city. For large amounts of brush, there may be an additional charge.
